A consortium led by UNStudio will redesign the Expo 2020 Dubai site into a sustainable new model for urban living in line with the government’s Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. More than 35,000 residents and 37,000 professionals will share the space, which also expects to attract 50,000 annual visitors.
