Commercial Setbacks Code Amendment

The Planning Commission previously recommended approval of the amended code language. Before voting on the issue, Council members want to hear from citizens with concerns about the revised setback requirements.

Work on the south side of the house is wrapping up; now the focus is on the northwest corner which has long been marred by a hideous 1970’s carport. Both the carport and the concrete slab poured beneath it have contributed to water damage and other forms of deterioration.
