The structure designed by Seoul-based Korean architect Minsuk Cho and his firm Mass Studies , will welcome visitors until October 27, 2024, in London ’s Kensington Gardens.

Nonresidential construction spending dips 0.3% in April

In a new analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data by the Associated Builders and Contractors , national nonresidential construction spending decreased 0.3% in April to a seasonally adjusted total of $1.20 trillion. It follows March's slight increase of 0.2%. Spending fell on a monthly basis in 10 of the 16 nonresidential subcategories. Private nonresidential spending decreased 0.3%, and public nonresidential construction spending was down 0.2% in April.

Located in one of the historic warehouse buildings at the North end of the Presidio, the intervention is minimal, amplifying the contrast between historic and new. Private offices ring the perimeter with floor to ceiling glass fronts and wood detailing, carefully sized to express the existing columns of the space.
