The learning center at Quest is located on a 540 sqm piece of land, about 300 m from the seafront in Besant Nagar, Chennai. It is a learning center for children ages 8 to 16 years old. The center acts as a learning and interaction space for largely home-schooled children or those with the ‘unschooling’ pattern of education, which involves teaching children based on their interests rather than a set curriculum.

The winners of this year’s Soane Medal have been announced as French architects Anne Lacaton and Jean-Philippe Vassal. The 2021 Pritzker Prize laureates follow Marina Tabassum and last year’s winner Peter Barber as the three most recent recipients of the award. Their work was commended for exhibiting an “honest design approach” that critically demonstrates the “importance of architecture in people’s lives.

The series seeks to celebrate “designs that embrace innovative design standards that enhance the way we live in Los Angeles.” Over four dozen projects were recognized across the series, selected from a pool of hundreds of submissions. OMA , Studio A Kwadraat, and their Schools by Circlewood consortium have won a competition for the design of a school on the outskirts of Amsterdam.
