Pierre Koenig’s Schwartz House has been listed for sale in Rustic Canyon, Los Angeles. Built in 1994, the home is the last project Koening completed, uniquely built on four structural steel beams. Carlo Ratti has been named as Director of the 19th International Architecture Exhibition at the 2025 La Biennale di Venezia by the fair’s Board of Directors and at the recommendation of current and future Presidents Roberto Cicutto and Pietrangelo Buttafuoco. The Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor and director of Carlo Ratti Associati follows Lesley Lokko ’s turn as the 2023 Venice Biennale Architecture curator.

Creative team Luna Luna has re-installed a "forgotten" art theme park in a Los Angeles production studio that includes a Ferris wheel by Jean-Michel Basquiat, a carousel by Keith Haring and work by artists David Hockney , Kenny Scharf and more. Created by artist André Heller, the original fair took place in 1987 in a Hamburg park.
