Liam Young’s 'provocative' city of 10 billion acquired for MoMA’s permanent collection

U.S. mayors report vexing shortfalls in AIA's new National Housing Survey

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) has concluded its new National Housing Survey with the U.S. Conference of Mayors, the results of which indicate a larger-than-anticipated shortfall of between 4 and 7 million units that is only expected to grow over the next five years. "It is estimated that 69% of Americans are very concerned about the rising cost of housing," the Conference’s CEO and Executive Director Tom Cochran said.
