What I would do is I tell the client, well, the way I will invoice you, it’s $10,000 a month. And all of the stuff that goes along with that doesn’t matter to the client.

I personally feel that having fewer licensed architects is bad for the profession because good designers will go unlicensed and clients will start to recognize (correctly) that they can hire unlicensed designers who are equally qualified to do the work. Mine is based on the law in many of the states I carry an architectural license.
