The first step is called programming which is when the client and architect discuss the requirements of the project (how many rooms, the function of the phases, etc.), This was one of the very first bubble diagrams I created for this project. This is basically a 2 bar diagram, nothing too tricky here.

The new façade of the project creates a locus for the site, and acts as a visual marker for the entrance to the overall site, which spreads over 12 acres of land. Evolution Diagram.
