LA City Council approves $1 billion Television City expansion

The revised modernization plan for CBS Television City in the Fairfax district of Los Angeles from Foster + Partners has been approved by the City Council and will now move towards the expected start construction of by 2028, the LA Times is reporting. RIOS is the project’s master planner.
