British architecture studios David Chipperfield Architects and Assemble have teamed up with Australian landscape architect Jane Irwin to create a residential neighbourhood on a former dairy farm in Canberra. Dairy Road is a neighbourhood masterplan by David Chipperfield Architects, Assemble and Jane Irwin.

The Berlin studio of David Chipperfield Architects and engineering firm Arup have revealed the Santa Giulia arena in Milan for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Located a few kilometres from Milan's city centre, the Milano Santa Giulia district was masterplanned by Foster + Partners in 2006.

The building is part of a larger masterplan for the so-called Espoon Keskus, one of five major urban centres in Espoo, creating a diverse neighbourhood with new residential buildings, commercial facilities, public transportation, and green urban spaces. Construction for Espoo House will begin in early 2026 and is expected to open in 2029.
