Before joining Brookfield Properties in 2015, she was a workplace consultant for infrastructure consulting firm AECOM's Strategy+ team. She also worked as a designer at studio Rafael Viñoly Architects on London projects including commercial skyscraper 20 Fenchurch and the Battersea Power Station masterplan.

At that time, the twin tower foundations had already been set, and the podium was partially constructed. Those restrictions applied mainly to the foundations of the twin 60-story towers, which had already been set with columns driven deep into the ground.
