London studio Bell Phillips wanted to create a contextual and contemporary addition to the Georgian and late Victorian architecture that surrounds the site. Bell Phillips was commissioned by Westminster City Council to contribute to the Church Street masterplan, a key regeneration scheme to provide the area with new homes.

Originally designed and constructed by Hochtief and completed in 2001 ready for the Athens 2004 Summer Olympics, Athens International Airport is the largest airport in Greece, located 20 kilometres from the city centre. We do not like waste.

The towers, called One South First and Ten Grand, are located at the historic Domino Sugar Refinery , which opened in 1882 and was shut down in 2004. Masterplanned by SHoP Architects in 2013, the redeveloped site features five buildings, each designed by a different architect. The towers are a pair of tall, connected buildings.

Five decades after the masterplan and cadet chapel design, SOM returned to the campus to design a home for the newly created Center for Character & Leadership Development (CCLD) in the National Historic Landmark District, which was completed in 2016. 2004 compliance. SOM is known for designs that rethink convention.

Bilbao founded her eponymous studio in 2004. Its projects include cultural institutions, installations, masterplans and affordable housing typologies. Communal areas are accommodated at the lowest, flattest part of the site, while private rooms are housed in units that gradually step up and around the slope.
