Mikhail Riches restores "original beauty" of brutalist Park Hill estate in Sheffield

Following years of decline, property developer Urban Splash won a contract to renovate it in 2004. The project aims to restore the "original beauty" of the brutalist housing estate. Mikhail Riches unveils plans for final phase of Park Hill regeneration
